on march 30th i started real estate school! it has been exciting and a lot of work for the last three weeks but i'm really enjoying it and i believe it is going to be a great career to have on the side! one of our goals is to have five houses to rent out someday and having my real estate license will definitely put us at an advantage. there are so many rules and laws concerning real estate....some nights it overwhelms me! it has been good getting back in a classroom environment though!
