last weekend brittany and elijah made the trip to colorado! it was elijah's first flight and brittany said he did great! (technically it was his 2nd flight but the 1st time brittany was about 5 months pregnant with him).
i was so excited to have them in our new home! on saturday morning when we woke up it had snowed over night! elijah got to see snow for the first time. saturday we went to the cherry creek area and shopped around. we also went and had burgers at the cherry cricket (supposedly one of the best burgers in denver...they were pretty tasty!) saturday evening we came home and elijah was worn out from all the cold and shopping so we decided to stay at home and we cooked soup and watched a movie. sunday morning we went to church, then we went to boulder later that afternoon. after boulder we headed up to lookout mountain. from there we went to idaho springs and went to colorado's famous pizza restaurant beau jo's! it was a wondeful day and elijah was an angel and just went with the flow!
